What syncs
Three flows, and nothing we cannot prove.
Catalog and stock — Zoho Inventory → Shopify
Zoho items become Shopify products and variants, matched by SKU. Stock comes from your default Zoho location. New products are created as drafts so nothing goes live before you review it. Every run is idempotent: the same item is updated, never duplicated.
Price books and volume brackets → your wholesale portal
Zoho price books — including volume brackets and percentage-based books — become Hasil price lists with quantity tiers, shown to buyers in the Hasil wholesale portal. Buyers are matched to their Zoho price book by email address. Buyers are always invited by you inside Hasil; Hasil never auto-creates a login from Zoho data.
Orders — Shopify → Zoho draft sales orders, in seconds
Within seconds of checkout, a Shopify order arrives in Zoho Inventory as a draft sales order. The customer is matched by email so you do not accumulate duplicate contacts, and the Shopify order number is carried as the reference. Re-running the pull never creates the same order twice.

Sign in to Zoho through OAuth — you never type an API key into Hasil. Multi-data-centre is handled automatically (.com, .eu, .in, .sa and the rest), and tokens are stored encrypted.

Preview
Preflight runs named checks first: currency match between Zoho and Shopify, SKU coverage, price books found, and API permissions. Then a dry run shows exactly what would be created and updated — before a single write.

Sync
Run it manually from the dashboard, or switch on auto-sync and it runs every 6 hours. Each run is recorded in sync history with counts and errors, and sync health shows the last success and any consecutive failures per direction.
Shopify is connected through official Shopify OAuth — no App Store install and no theme edits. Portal orders become Shopify draft orders you invoice from Shopify, so Hasil never holds funds. Raw sync payloads auto-purge after 30 days.
Limits
What this connector does not do.
Read this before you buy. A connector that quietly does less than you assumed is worse than one that tells you first.
- Catalogue and price lists sync every 6 hours or on demand; orders arrive in seconds.
- Stock comes from a single Zoho location (your default). Multi-warehouse allocation is not supported.
- Prices pass through exactly as Zoho lists them. Hasil does no tax conversion between tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive pricing — it reports which mode your Zoho org uses so you can set Shopify to match.
- Single catalog source: one ERP owns the catalog per store. If Zoho is your catalog source, Odoo is not, and vice versa.
- Items sync as single-variant products matched by SKU. Zoho item groups are not expanded into Shopify variant sets.
- Invoices, returns, fulfilment and order-status write-back to Shopify are not part of this connector.

Is the Zoho Inventory → Shopify sync live today?
Yes. Catalog and stock, price books with volume brackets, and Shopify orders into Zoho as draft sales orders — within seconds of checkout — all run in production on the Hasil Sync plans.
Do I have to paste an API key?
No. You sign in to Zoho through OAuth and approve access. Hasil resolves your data centre automatically and stores the refresh token encrypted. Shopify is connected the same way, through official Shopify OAuth — no App Store install, no theme edits.
What happens on the first run?
Preflight checks currency match, SKUs, price books and permissions, and reports each as a named line. Then you run a dry run, which lists every product that would be created or updated without writing anything. Only when you accept it does the first real sync run.
How do buyers get my Zoho prices?
Your Zoho price books become Hasil price lists with their quantity tiers intact. You invite a buyer in Hasil with the same email address they carry in Zoho, and Hasil attaches them to the matching price book. They log into the wholesale portal, see only their prices, and submit orders as Shopify draft orders you invoice from Shopify.
Is it real-time?
Orders are: a Shopify order reaches Zoho as a draft sales order within seconds of checkout. Catalogue, stock and price books are not — they sync every 6 hours, and you can trigger a run manually at any time.
Does Hasil touch my money?
Never. Portal orders become Shopify draft orders that you invoice from Shopify as usual. Hasil holds no funds and processes no payments. Raw sync payloads auto-purge after 30 days.
Can I run Zoho and Odoo at the same time?
You can connect both, but only one can be the catalog source for a store. That rule exists to stop two systems overwriting the same Shopify products in opposite directions.
