Hasil Sync

Your ERP and your storefront,
kept in step.

No integration scripts, no per-task billing, no developer. Orders go one way, catalogue and stock go the other, and each type of data has exactly one master.

No theme edits · Your ERP stays the system of record · Payloads purge in 30 days

Two directions

One engine, running both ways.

Storefront → ERP

Orders arrive as drafts your team confirms.

An order placed in your store reaches your ERP as a draft quotation or a draft sales order, depending on the system. Where the platform sends events, it arrives within seconds; everywhere else it arrives within minutes on the scheduled run. Order sync is on the Professional and Scale plans.

ERP → Storefront

Catalogue, stock and price lists flow the other way.

Products, quantities and price lists move from your ERP into your storefront automatically every 6 hours, or on demand when you cannot wait. Each data type has one master, so there is nothing to reconcile and no loop to break.

Any store × any ERP

Every pair works. That is the whole rule.

The engine does not know the name of your storefront or your ERP. It reads what each one can do and behaves accordingly — which is why there are no unsupported combinations to check for.

The honest part

What Hasil Sync does not do

  • We are not bookkeeping. No double entry, no journals, no ledgers.
  • We are not your accountant. Tax, reconciliation and closing stay where they are.
  • We do not replace your ERP. It stays the system of record; Hasil moves data to and from it.
  • We do not confirm anything for you. A draft lands, a human on your team confirms it.
  • We do not hold funds. Ever, on any platform.

FAQ

Hasil Sync, answered honestly

Webhooks or polling — which one do I get?

Both, and you do not have to choose. Where a platform can tell us the moment something changes, we listen and act on it in seconds. Where it cannot, we ask on a schedule instead — every 6 hours for catalogue and stock, more often for orders. The result is the same data; only the delay differs.

What happens when both sides change the same thing?

Nothing has to be resolved, because nothing competes. Each type of data has exactly one master: your ERP owns catalogue, stock and price lists; your storefront owns orders. A change on the non-master side is simply not pushed back, so there is no conflict and no sync loop.

Can I pick which system is the source of truth?

For the catalogue, yes — one system owns it, and that is a setting on the connection. Once your ERP owns the catalogue, the storefront stops being edited by hand for those fields. Orders always originate in the storefront.

Which ERPs are live?

Odoo, Zoho Inventory, QuickBooks Online and Xero are live today. NetSuite, Dynamics 365 Business Central and SAP Business One have waitlist pages — joining one tells us which to build next.

What data do you keep, and for how long?

Minimal data by design: the connection, mappings and order references the product needs to work. Raw webhook and sync payloads purge automatically after 30 days. The details are in our privacy policy at /privacy.
