Do I need to install anything from the Shopify App Store?

Accepted Answer

No. Hasil connects to your Shopify store through Shopify's official secure OAuth flow — no App Store install, no theme edits, and no manual token copying. You click Connect, approve the scopes in your Shopify admin, and you're back in Hasil. Setup takes about 3 minutes.

Which direction does Hasil Sync run — and how does it compare to Zapier?

Accepted Answer

It runs both ways. Products, prices and stock flow from Odoo into Shopify automatically every 6 hours, and Shopify orders flow back into Odoo as draft quotations (order sync on Hasil Sync Professional and Scale). Each data type has one master, so there are no conflicts and no loops. Unlike Zapier you do not pay per task, and unlike Odoo's official Shopify connector, Hasil works with Odoo Community, Enterprise, and Odoo.sh — and does not require any Odoo developer.

Will my B2B wholesale customers see my retail prices?

Accepted Answer

No. Hasil Pricing runs on a separate subdomain — for example yourstore.hasilportal.com — that only your approved B2B customers can sign in to. They see their own price list, their own volume breaks, and check out as a Shopify draft order. Retail shoppers on your main store never see wholesale prices.

What happens to orders placed in the wholesale portal?

Every order placed in your Hasil Pricing portal is captured with the buyer's negotiated pricing and delivered to your Shopify admin as a draft order once your store connection has the draft-order permission granted. You invoice from Shopify exactly like any other draft order, and inventory deducts on fulfilment. Hasil never touches customer funds.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Your card is added at checkout to reserve the plan but is not charged until the trial ends — cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be charged.

How is billing handled?

Accepted Answer

Paddle is our Merchant of Record. They handle payment processing, sales tax, VAT, invoicing, and refunds globally. Your invoice will show Paddle.net — this is expected.

Question 7

Which Odoo versions does Hasil Sync support?

Accepted Answer

Odoo 17, 18 and 19, on Community, Enterprise, and Odoo.sh — and Zoho Inventory over OAuth. The connection uses Odoo's standard JSON API with an API key you generate yourself, so no Odoo module install and no Odoo developer are required. Odoo 16 and earlier are not supported.

What does AI product enrichment actually do?

It turns raw ERP product names into sellable English catalog copy: a title under 70 characters, a 2-3 sentence description, and 3-6 lowercase tags for on-site search, filters, and collections. It runs in batches of up to 25 products against a monthly quota on your Hasil Sync plan, and nothing is written to Shopify until you review and approve it.

What data does Hasil store, and for how long?

Minimal data by design. We store the records the product needs — your store connection, price lists, B2B customers, and order references. Raw webhook and sync payloads are purged automatically after 30 days. Hasil never requires access to your theme and never holds customer funds.

Which ERPs does Hasil Sync support?

Accepted Answer

Two are live, and they do different amounts. Odoo (17, 18 and 19, over its JSON API): items, prices and stock into Shopify, and Shopify orders back into Odoo as draft quotations. Zoho Inventory (connected over OAuth): items and stock into Shopify, Zoho price books — volume tiers included — into your wholesale portal prices, and Shopify orders back into Zoho as draft sales orders. Orders reach either ERP within seconds of checkout. Price-book-to-portal sync is a Zoho-only capability today. NetSuite, SAP, and Dynamics 365 have waitlist pages — joining one tells us which to build next.

Can I use both Hasil Pricing and Hasil Sync?

Yes, and it is the common setup: Sync keeps Odoo and Shopify in agreement while Pricing runs the wholesale portal on top. Adding a second product takes 20% off it, and both can run monthly or annually — annual is two months free.

Question 12

What happens when I cancel?

Accepted Answer

You keep access until the end of the paid period, then the portal stops accepting new orders. Your Shopify store, your products, your draft orders, and your Odoo data are untouched — Hasil sits alongside them and never becomes the system of record.
