Where the headline price stops being the price
1. Monthly order caps
SparkLayer is the clearest case: 5, 50, 100 and 150 B2B orders per month across Basic, Starter, Growth and Pro. A merchant at 160 orders a month is on Enterprise pricing from $499, not the $49 they first quoted themselves. Hasil sets no monthly order ceiling on any tier.
2. Per-seat fees for your own sales team
SparkLayer charges $39 per sales agent per month beyond the seats included in the tier, and the quoting engine is a further $49 per month that requires at least one paid agent. Three reps and quoting adds $166 a month before you sell anything.
3. Features held behind the top tier
Wholesale Gorilla's entry plans are inexpensive, but custom signup forms, advanced exclusions and advanced quantity discounts live on Premium at $149.95. If those are the features you came for, the real price is $149.95, not $34.95.

Where Hasil sits
Hasil Pricing is $29 / $69 / $129 per month, no order caps, no per-agent fees. Three things are structurally different rather than just cheaper:
- No Shopify App Store, no theme edits. Connection is Shopify's official OAuth, and the wholesale portal runs on a separate gated subdomain — your retail theme is never modified.
- We never touch funds. Portal orders return to Shopify as draft orders and you invoice from Shopify, exactly as you do today.
- Minimal data by design. Sync payloads purge after 30 days.
Hasil is younger than the apps above and does not match SparkLayer's breadth of B2B features. If you need a deep out-of-the-box B2B suite inside one storefront, SparkLayer is the honest recommendation. If you want a gated wholesale portal, ERP-aware pricing and a bill that doesn't scale with order count, that's the case for Hasil.

What is the cheapest Shopify B2B wholesale app?
Checked on 4 August 2026: SparkLayer has a free Basic tier capped at 3 price lists and 5 B2B orders a month, which is the cheapest way to start but not a working plan at volume. Among paid entry tiers, Hasil Pricing is $29/month, Wholesale Gorilla Lite is $34.95/month, SparkLayer Starter is $49/month, and B2B Wave Pro is $350/month. Cheapest entry price is not the same as cheapest at your order volume — apps that cap monthly B2B orders get expensive as you grow.
Does SparkLayer charge per order?
Not per order, but every SparkLayer tier caps monthly B2B orders: 5 on Basic, 50 on Starter, 100 on Growth, 150 on Pro, custom on Enterprise. Passing the cap means moving up a tier, so the effective cost scales with order count. Sales agents are an additional $39 per user per month and the quoting engine is $49 per month on top of the plan, and it requires at least one sales agent.
How much is B2B Wave per month?
B2B Wave's public pricing on 4 August 2026 lists Pro at $350/month and Scale at $612/month, with Enterprise on request. A 50% discount for the first three months was running at time of check, showing $175 and $306. B2B Wave is a standalone B2B platform rather than a Shopify overlay, so the comparison is architectural as well as financial.
Do I still need a wholesale app now that Shopify has native B2B?
Often not. Company profiles, catalogs, volume discounts and payment terms are available on paid Shopify plans, and Shopify Plus adds unlimited catalogs, deposits and partial payments. Try native first. Add a third-party layer only when you hit a concrete gap — a separate gated buying domain, ERP-driven pricing, or price-list logic that native catalogs cannot express.
How is Hasil priced differently?
