Invite your buyers
You add each wholesale customer and send them an invite to your portal at your-store.hasilportal.io — retail shoppers never see it.
Set the prices you already agreed
Per-customer or per-group price lists with quantity breaks, over a catalogue scoped to the products you allow that buyer to see.
Buyers order at their own prices
They sign in, see their negotiated prices and their order history, and place an order without ever asking your team for a quote.
The order lands in your store as a draft

The honest part
Where prices are honoured
Storefronts do not all treat a submitted price the same way. Some accept the price we send on each line of a draft order and keep it exactly as agreed. Others recompute every line from their own catalogue the moment the order is saved, and ignore what we sent. Hasil lands the order at the agreed total either way: where the platform honours line prices we use them directly; where it does not, we verify the saved total against the agreed one and apply an order-level adjustment so the buyer is charged what you negotiated. We read the order back after writing it rather than assuming it was accepted — and if a total still does not match, the order is left in place and flagged to you instead of being quietly discarded.
FAQ
Hasil Pricing, answered honestly
Do you edit my theme?
No. Hasil connects through each platform's official access — OAuth where the platform offers it, integration keys where it does not. The portal runs on its own subdomain beside your storefront, so there is nothing to install in your theme and nothing to uninstall later.
Does this replace my store?
No. Your storefront stays the system that invoices, fulfils and holds the money. Hasil Pricing is the wholesale front door beside it: the order it captures is delivered back into your store as a draft for you to invoice and ship.
My platform is not on the list — what now?
Salla is in early access by invitation and Magento is not open yet. If you run something else, join the list and tell us the platform: the engine is written to be platform-neutral, so adding a storefront is an adapter rather than a rewrite.
Does Hasil ever hold my customers' money?
Never. Orders land as drafts in your storefront. You invoice from the store you already use, with the payment methods and terms you already have.
What data do you keep, and for how long?
Minimal data by design: your store connection, price lists, B2B customers and order references. Raw webhook and sync payloads purge automatically after 30 days. The details are in our privacy policy at /privacy.
