Hasil reads products and their real variants through BigCommerce's Catalog API. Single-variant products are addressed as themselves. SKUs must be unique — an ambiguous SKU is reported, never guessed.
Wholesale orders → BigCommerce
BigCommerce has no draft-order object, so portal orders land as Pending orders with the wholesale price written on every line. Hasil reads the order back and confirms each line held its price before reporting success. You invoice and fulfil from BigCommerce.
Instant orders → your ERP
Hasil registers an order webhook; the store pushes the event within seconds and the worker fetches the full order by id — nothing is trusted from the request body. The 6-hour sync remains the safety net.
Wholesale tiers stay in Hasil Pricing
BigCommerce price lists and customer groups stay yours to run. Per-customer price lists and quantity breaks live in Hasil Pricing and are shown to buyers in the portal.

Limits
The fine print, stated plainly.
Read this before you plan around it. We would rather lose the signup than have you build a launch on something we have not set up with you.
- Connecting needs an API account (Settings → API accounts) with Products (modify), Orders (modify), Information & settings (read) and Webhooks scopes.
- The four connection checks run against your store before any credential is saved. A failed check leaves your account exactly as it was.
- There is no draft-order object. Portal orders land as Pending orders; Hasil reads every line back and fails the order rather than ship totals it cannot confirm.
- The order API requires a billing address. The portal collects buyer email and company, so the address is built from those fields and your store's country. Stores that enforce full addresses will reject the order — the store's own message is shown verbatim.
- There is no buyer payment link: you invoice and fulfil from the store. Hasil never holds funds.
- Stock is held on the product or variant, not on locations.
- Wholesale tiers live in Hasil Pricing, not in BigCommerce price lists.
- Raw sync payloads auto-purge after 30 days.

Can I connect BigCommerce to Hasil?
Yes. Hasil connects through an API account you create in your store's admin. Connect is switched on per account; if it is not open for you yet, use the signup on this page and we will switch it on with you.
How does the connection work?
You give Hasil the store hash (the value in the API path) and the access token from your API account. Hasil runs four live checks — store identity, catalog summary, products with variants, and a webhook round trip — and stores the token encrypted only after all four pass.
What does the connector do today?
It reads the catalogue and real variants by SKU, creates wholesale orders at the agreed per-line prices and reads each line back to confirm them, and receives instant order webhooks that flow into your ERP.
Which ERPs work with it?
The live ERP adapters are Odoo, Zoho Inventory, QuickBooks Online and Xero. This storefront is another platform on the same name-blind sync engine — nothing about the engine changes per store.
Does the store keep the wholesale prices Hasil sends?
Yes. Each line is written with the wholesale price and Hasil reads the order back; if a line was recalculated, the order fails loudly instead of shipping wrong totals.
