Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase of Hasil Pricing or Hasil Sync. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date of a paid plan. This applies to your first paid billing cycle for each product (Hasil Pricing and Hasil Sync).

2. Free trial

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid being billed.

3. Renewals

Subscription renewals (the second and subsequent billing periods) are not automatically refundable. If you believe an exception applies — for example, you were billed in error or experienced a material service failure — contact us and we will review your request in good faith.

4. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to purchase, then request a refund directly, or
  • Email us at info@hasil.io with your order number or the email used at checkout and we will assist you.

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles customer service for billing and refunds. Paddle's refund policy is available at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
